2 bedroom Shower Kitchenette

Beach Cottage Description

A rustic 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom cottage right next to our private beach.

Outside, the beach cottage has a cement patio with beautiful views of the Pemigewasset River and the Franklin Falls dam, a dock for your boat, an outdoor fireplace, a propane grill, and a sweet hammock spot.

Inside the cottage is very rustic with rough-cut lumber walls and tasteful camp like decorations. It does have modern conveniences like full size beds, cable TV, microwave, oven, coffee maker, WiFi internet, cups, plates, etc. It has everything you need to make your dinner, cool your beer and prepare your coffee. Not necessarily in that order.

We don’t charge a cleaning fee, assuming you bring your own towels/linens (default). Optionally, we can provide towels/linens for a $50 cleaning fee at check-in. If you can let us know before arrival, they’ll be ready for you.

There is no pet fee (we love dogs!) up to two pets.

Weekly cottage rate is $1100. Daily rate is $175/weeknights and $200/weekend nights. Two night minimum.

NH Meals & Rooms tax is 8.5%.

Pemi shore cottages is an absolute hidden gem in the beautiful town of Franklin, NH!!! I booked the beach cottage as a surprise get-a-way for my boyfriend and I for his 40th birthday because he loves to fish. We caught several different kinds of fish from small mouth bass to perch all weekend long!! The view is simply breathtaking. From the relaxing atmosphere to the calming waters, and the welcoming hospitality of Jane and John, it was an absolutely perfect weekend. The great weather was just a bonus. We will absolutely back to stay again!!! I would rate this more stars if I could. Thank you so much again for making Mike's birthday extremely special!!
