ABOUT PEMI SHORE COTTAGES
Our family bought the raw acreage in 1981 in Franklin NH and over time cleared the land, put in roads and services, and built the rental cottages by hand using rough cut wood from a local mill. Today, it is managed by Jane (the nice one) and John (her son) who comes up from Florida to do the grunt work and anything computer related.
