Beach Cottage
A rustic 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom cottage right next to our private beach.
Outside, the beach cottage has a cement patio with beautiful views of the Pemigewasset River and the Franklin Falls dam, a dock for your boat, a fireplace, a propane grill, and a sweet hammock spot.
Weekly cottage rate is $1100. Daily rate is $175/weeknights and $200/weekend nights. Two night minimum.
Cottage season is May 15 to Oct 15. Red dates are unavailable.
